Delta Industry Ltd ., the main processing company in Atlantic group, is established in 1993. The office and the processing halls are built up on territory of about 1700 m 2 in the town of Sozopol .

Delta Industry Ltd. is specialized in fish processing as: freezing, filleting, marinating, cutting, smoking, retail packing (vacuum packages) and canning.

From May to October the factory is processing Black Sea top shell for export to Far East countries, as per customers' requirements.

The main principle of the company is strict control on the quality of all products, produced in the factory. In this respect we are certified to maintain Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards and apply the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Concept /HACCP/ with the following main points:

  • Good freshness of the product;
  • Free from bacteria contamination product;
  • Properly frozen with complete glazing product;
